When renting a privately owned villa, there maybe a concern with the level of service that you will receive. Rest assured the owner and management team at Villa Munay-Ki pride themselves in offering discreet, professional service in sumptuous accommodation comparable but for a fraction of the price of a luxury resort.

About the owners..

They are a family of four being Mark, Kelly, Joshua and Skye. Mark is English and Kelly is  Eurasian, half English, half Singaporean. They meet and married in Singapore and have been living there since 1996.

Kelly received training in hotel management at the prestigious Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland, learning all aspects of 5 star management. Before marriage and children she worked in the industry in variety of positions within F&B in London. Having not been active in the industry for some years, it was nice to have the chance to put some of the training back into use by offering the villa on the rental market. The family has also been fortunate to stay at many fine hotels and villas around the world, and although the villa is not offered as a boutique resort, it is hoped that guests will agree that it offers a luxury experience that is value for money.

Kelly is responsible for the sales and marketing, and bookings for Villa Munay-Ki.

In house Masseur – Part time ( as required)

pool contractors -3  times a week.

gardeners – 3 times a week.

24 hour (complex)  security

 

We are guests ourselves….

Unlike many rental villas we often stay at the villa ourselves. This allows us to regularly check that things are running as they should be and that the villa is being maintained in tip top condition.
If you find anything that you feel we can improve on, we welcome the feedback. We are continually looking at ways to offer great value to our clients whilst giving them the 5 star treatment.
